Every once in a while we have to deal with a misunderstanding, an awkward situation, a conflict or sometimes part ways with a volunteer. Join the March networking event hosted by the Volunteer Leaders in Peel Network (VLPN) to discuss how we can manage these difficult conversations with Volunteers. 

In this networking session we will explore: 

   - What communication skills do you need?

   - How to prepare for the conversation?

   - How to work with other colleagues, who to involve in the conversation?

   - How to make it about the mission of the organization and not about the person or personality?

   - What risks are involved?
