Join other leaders of volunteers for a VLPN “virtual” discussion about Virtual Volunteering.

If you are looking at your options to include virtual volunteers in your program, or you already have experience with virtual volunteering this is the meeting for you. Come prepared with questions and if you are already using the energies of virtual volunteers please consider sharing your successes and perhaps some lessons learned from things that haven’t worked as well.

Some ideas to consider :

• How to manage privacy and confidentiality, for both the client and the volunteer
• How to manage a virtual volunteer
• How to manage and evaluate a virtual placement student
• How do you facilitate or manage problems that may arise
• What kind of projects could virtual volunteers do, maybe a project that you never get around to or may a fun project just keep your volunteers active and engaged
