Habitat for Humanity, Halton Mississauga Dufferin
Through volunteer labour, efficient management and tax-deductible donations of money and materials, Habitat for Humanity builds simple, decent houses with the help of the homeowner (partner) families. Habitat for Humanity houses are sold to partner families at no profit and financed with affordable, no-interest mortgages geared to the partner family�s income. The homeowners� monthly mortgage payments are contributed to a revolving fund which is used to provide more affordable homes.
