Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada is dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke and is a leading funder of life-saving research. Heart and Stroke works to create healthier lives, free of heart disease and stroke, in communities across Canada. In our Peel Area office our team members are responsible for executing our core programs including: Jump Rope for Heart, Big Bike, Person-to-Person campaigns (Heart Month/Stroke Month), My Own Fundraiser initiatives which raise critical funds that support our mission as well as providing key health information and education for our constituents and community members in Peel Region.
