Heart House Hospice
The mission of Heart House Hospice (HHH) is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Peel residents who are living with a terminal illness, and the lives of their families. At HHH our trained volunteers make all the difference. In partnership with the staff team, our volunteers provide much needed support in all our programs. Volunteers primarily assist us in serving our clients in-home providing companionship for people with terminal illnesses and respite for their caregivers. They also drive clients to and from our programs, help in the office, and assist with special events and fundraising.
