The Exchange Collaborative
The Exchange transforms a traditional food support program into a vibrant community hub with programs that create a substantially greater sum than their collective individual parts.
The shared commitment to a community hub that is not agency-specific enables the development of a basket of holistic services for the community as well as individual care plans for clients. Within the Exchange's unique multi-faced space, community partners provide food support, education and training, opportunities for volunteer engagement, counselling, care planning, client advocacy, employment resources, seniors and youth activities, cultural programming and access to social technologies.
