Paint the Town Red Port Credit Canada Day Celebration began in 2003 when local business owner and community volunteer, John Bozzo, recognized the need for acknowledging civic and national pride, a vision to showcase and celebrate Canada’s multicultural diversity.
Starting with celebrations in Memorial Park and a fireworks display, the event expanded to include a parade that spans from Lakeshore & Stavebank to Wenonah and a giant Canada Day cake.
