You may notice a few small changes rolling out in the member portal over the coming days as we make improvements to our system. These updates are designed to make volunteer recruitment smoother and more reliable.

Recent updates

• New applicant notifications: Email notifications for new volunteer applicants have been updated and this will be the primary way for you to identify applicants. At present, these applicants will not be listed in your panel.
• Ongoing refinements: Additional behind-the-scenes improvements will continue this week, with no action required on your part.
