About the course
Volunteerism is continuing to change and evolve, and the social purpose sector must be able to adapt to the trends. However, volunteer engagement is still often an afterthought among not-for-profit organizations. Leaders of volunteers have to refine their expertise and establish a culture within their organizations that emphasizes and values volunteer engagement as a strategy for success. In this online learning module, Leading a Strategic Volunteer Engagement Model, learners will gain an understanding of how to build that culture and discover the tools they need to implement volunteer engagement strategically.
