Youth LEaD

Youth Leadership Education and Development (Youth LEaD) is a training series designed by Volunteer MBC to show youth how to be strategic in project planning and professional in its execution while gaining essential leadership skills. It models real project development techniques and is geared toward youth groups, schools and project teams. Through experiential learning, in-class activities and insight from community leaders, youth deliver their own service project. The training goes far beyond the contents of this Companion Workbook.
