2 shifts: Saturday, November 23 from 2 pm to 3 pm = Pick-up items for our event. 3 volunteers required.

3 pm to 6 pm = Set up hall for event, hanging banner, tables set up around room, linens around room, decorations hung, organize and set up Silent Auction items, food in kitchen, registration area = 4 volunteers required.

Volunteers should have a valid drivers G license and insurance, and use their own vehicle.  Pick up locations and details will be provided.  If someone wants to volunteer for only the set up position, a car is not required.  Transit is available in the area.  PLEASE APPLY RIGHT AWAY.  

• Drivers will have a valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's Licence, access to a reliable vehicle that is covered by auto insurance required in Ontario
• Knowing your way around Mississauga, Brampton would be most helpful
• Light lifting, bending, carrying, walking
• Volunteers should dress for the 'role', and for the weather
• Screening for these 'roles' will be 'virtual' (telephone/email, etc.). After you apply, check your 'Junk/Spam' for our emails and leave space in your phone's 'voicemail'.
