Senior Ambassadors of My Wisdom Circle a project that supports social participation and inclusive spaces where senior women can connect, share, and learn together.
Description

 

Make an impact through our initiative "My Wisdom Circle" designed to empower our adult and senior community members. My Women Support is seeking seniors who are eager to share their time with our community, offering the chance to become mentors and contribute in engaging workshops for women.

  • Make a meaningful impact in the community
  • Share your time and expertise to design workshops and event onarts, storytelling, cultural crafts, or other skills
  • Inspire and educate senior women and youth, including newcomers and immigrants
  • Help participants discover new talents and creative skills

My Wisdom Circle fosters volunteerism by involving seniors as mentors and role models for younger generations.The project supports social participation by providing inclusive spaces where senior women can connect, share, and learn together.

Activities such as yoga, board games, and art sessions foster physical, mental, and social engagement, reducing isolation and building a supportive network among participants.
Qualifications

Woman , who is 55+ and eager to share their knowledge,time and skills to make a difference in the community.

Good communication skills

Friendly

Second language an asset

Time Commitment
This is a Medium Term (4 - 6 months) commitment starting 2025-09-08 AND ending 2025-12-15
