Hands and Heart Caledon Volunteer Fair

• Help set up and take down the booth (tables, banners, displays, and materials).

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile.

• Helping them with directions 

• Discuss volunteering and local opportunities with attendees and redirect attendees to different booths as required

• Hand out flyers and brochures, and answer simple questions.

• Assist people with sign-up forms or QR codes so they can register their interest.

• Other tasks as required.

• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about volunteering

• Comfortable talking to people of all ages and backgrounds

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision

• Access to reliable transportation/ Access to car is required.

• Two shifts available 10 :30 a.m to 2:30 P.M and 2:30 to 6:30P.M

• Or if you prefer to be there till for taking on both shifts : will be from 10:30 to 6:30 P.M

Volunteer must be available from 11 to 6 p.m
