DescriptionIn this position, you’ll provide administrative and strategic support to the volunteer Executive Committee and Committee Chairs of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Chapter. This volunteer role requires coordination of, and active participation in, virtually all Chapter activities including scheduling, attending and documenting Chapter meetings, and maintaining and updating Chapter documents and records. This volunteer role is home-based with the need to: • Attend ad hoc executive committee meetings of the Chapter • Attend scheduled core committee meetings of the Chapter • Have the capacity to volunteer approximately 20-30 hours per month • Travel occasionally within the GTA to attend meetings and events • Have some flexible availability for daytime / weekday meetings |

Qualifications• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational capabilities • Advanced communications skills – oral and written • Motivated critical thinker who can work independently and as part of a team • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Zoom, One-Drive, SharePoint • Knowledge of social media also an asset Max Age: 100 Police Check: Not required Resume:Required Driver's Licence: Not required Proof of Vaccination: Not required |
