As a Programming Volunteer, you will develop events step by step, from the ground up, in the area of social justices. You will be conducting market research regarding similar events held in the community to identify opportunities for new and/or improved programming. After that, you can organize your own event and plan ahead in reaching participants. You will also collaborate with 'social media' volunteers to promote/publicize your event before, during, and after it happens. On the day of the event, you will be doing set-up, introduce Studio.89, ensure that the event runs smoothly by helping wherever needed.You will also have the ability to create meaningful relationships with other volunteers, and with participants of the programs that you will develop and deliver.
