  • Providing respite care for caregivers.
  • Visiting clients in their homes or assisted living facilities for a minimum of 1 hour per week, at a mutually agreed upon schedule (or via telephone and/or the Internet).
  • Keeping track of your volunteer hours on a per-visit basis and submitting the records to the Friendly Visiting Coordinator at the end of every month for mandatory statistical reporting.
  • Arriving on time to the clients residence and being committed to the mutually agreed upon hours.
  • Reporting issues, concerns and incidents to the Friendly Visiting Coordinator.
  • Adhering to the vision, mission, and guiding values of the organization and the Friendly Visiting program.
