Goal

Caledon Meals on Wheels (CMOW) believes in and continues to build and sustain a community where individuals can enjoy healthy, independent and connected living at any age. We deliver hot meals to residents 65 and older (living in Caledon and Orangeville) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. CMOW also provides support through other programs intended to promote health and wellness. We are very proud of our hot meals program with our own chef providing hot, fresh, nutritious meals prepared from scratch in our own kitchen. Deliveries are made possible with the invaluable assistance of our dedicated team of volunteer drivers who not only delivery hot meals but provide a quick security check for vulnerable persons in our community to give their families a sense of security.
