Position Description Volunteers will be asked to assist in the following areas:

- Set-Up/Tear Down: Setting up tables and chairs, then clean up at the conclusion of the event, including take down of decor, packing event materials, and removal of signage
- Parking control (helping attendees park their vehicles in an orderly fashion, safely)
- Greeting attendees and taking a count of how many attendees there are, plus indicate where washroom facilities are located, and provide info about Festival exhibitors
- Ensuring that the event site remains neat and tidy
- Assistance for community service organization exhibitors (as requested)

IN REFERENCE to VOLUNTEER MBC: Provide information about Volunteer MBC's programs and services, including distributing flyers at the booth, answering general questions, and providing directions in and around the event (you will be our 'ambassadors' for the day!)

PLEASE NOTE: While the event begins at 11:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM, volunteers for the day are asked to ARRIVE AT 10:00 AM to help organize/set up, and remain until 4:00 PM to assist in tear down and clean up of the site.

Training Details An online orientation via webinar will be provided on a date TBD, and this date will be communicated to all volunteers before September 21st.
