Membership on WellFort's Board of Directors entails an investment of time and energy, in a leadership role, that relates to: - Overall governance of WellFort, its vision, mission, and directions - Implementation (and periodic review) of our Strategic Plan - Oversight to ensure that financial and legal obligations are being met - Specific committee work/projects (in certain 'professional areas') - Participation in community promotion/fundraising - Other contributions as the WellFort may need, and as the Board agrees upon *** See 'Position Qualifications (below) for more details about the ideal candidate for Board membership.
