THURSDAY, June 6, 2019 Set-up | 11:00am to 1:00pm: need 15-20 volunteers who can lift and carry items including tables & chairs Auction Set-up | 1:00pm to 4:00pm: need 4 volunteers who can lift & carry items including tables & chairs FRIDAY, June 7, 2019 Set-Up | 10:00am to 4:00pm: need 7-10 volunteers who can lift & carry items including tables and chairs. EVENT ASSISTANCE | 5:30pm to approx. 11:30pm: need 30 to 35 volunteers to fill a number of different roles i.e. Logistics, food & beverage, registration, silent auction, door monitors, live auction, clean-up etc. SATURDAY, June 8, 2019 Clean-up | 9:00am to 12:00noon: need 10-15 volunteers who can lift & carry items including tables and chairs.
