> For the '3K Walkathon': 1. Set-up - Friday 5:00pm - 7:00pm and Saturday 7:00am - 7:45am 2. Kits Collection (for participants) 3. Registration 4. Parking Management 5. Information Desk 6. Course Marshal 7. Water Station 8. Sanitation (keeping the site tidy) 9. Take-Down (1.15pm - 2.30pm) (Day of event, at its conclusion) 0. Technical Team > For the 'Business, Sustainable Environment and Climate Action EXPO' - Guides/Ambassadors > For the 'Community BBQ' - Volunteers to cook, serve OTC, manage supplies EVENT DATE: Saturday, June 8, 2019 - Please apply ASAP (BEFORE June 3rd!) For those volunteers who will assist in event 'set-up': FRIDAY, June 7, from 5pm to 7pm AND Saturday, June 8, from 7am to 7:45am EVENT: Saturday, June 8, from 8am to 1pm (est.) You will be advised about pre-event 'Orientation'. Assisting in event 'take-down'? June 8, from 1:15pm to 2:45pm (est.) Punctuality is a MUST, and we ask all volunteers to take into account travel time to the event site. |
