Position Description |
Make a positive impact on the local environment by supporting our conservation & horticulture programs Take part in forest & wildlife monitoring, natural areas restoration & invasive species removal Tend to the gardens, including deadheading, weeding & watering Caring for fish, toads & turtles TRC event assistance by setting up and cleaning up This program runs through JULY and AUGUST (see 'Time Commitment', below) THIS IS A SEASONAL (SUMMER) OPPORTUNITY. Training Details |
Online Volunteer Summer Program Orientation sessions will be held on Wednesday, June 24th and Thursday, June 25th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. More information and details will be provided closer to the dates. Contact the Volunteer Coordinator for more information (see 'How to Contact', below) |

Time Detail |
This program runs through JULY and AUGUST. Volunteer shifts take place: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Volunteers will be given the option to sign-up for the shift(s) that suit their schedule. Please take into account travel time to/from Riverwood when planning your availability. |
