| Position Description |
>Lead volunteer recruitment and utilize innovative strategies for outreach, raising awareness about Community Alliance for Support and Empowerment's vision and mission for the youth and older adults in our community > Provide ongoing support to hard to reach youth and older adult capacity to build connections in the community and promote awareness of the positive role of youth in the community > Engage youth and older adults to identify issues, needs and barriers to accessing services in order to achieve goals and aspirations > Provide youth and older adults with information, contacts, referral services and support as needed to facilitate and access to programs, services and opportunities including recreation, education, health, substance abuse, social and emotional issues > Work collaboratively with youth, older adults, parents, community centers, schools, non-profit organizations and youth/senior service providers to develop effective service delivery plans to ensure that youth and seniors have access to programs and opportunities needed for healthy development > Engage, collaborate, and build trusting relationships with community service providers |
