PLEASE NOTE: All volunteer/student placements have been placed on hold due to COVID-19. We are STILL CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION, with a start date to be determined once we are able to fully re-open. Depending on the day and location, volunteers may be asked to do some or all of the following: (Please note: all training is provided) - Receive donations & turn away unacceptable donations politely - Sort donated items - Participate in social media campaigns - Work in partnership with other youth to complete special projects - Prepare merchandise for sales floor - Restock and display merchandise - Tidy sales floor and change rooms - Assist with recycling & garbage disposal - Other duties as requested PlEASE click the yellow box, 'Apply Now!', below to easily download Caledon Community Services volunteering APPLICATION FORM. Tuesday & Saturday shifts (based on availability) Your day volunteering entails a MINIMUM 2 hour shift, up to 7.5 hours. Volunteers are to advise supervisors in good time if they are unable to attend a particular shift. |
