| Position Description |
1. Responsible for maintaining integrity of client files (ensuring client files are complete, properly identified and securely stored) 2. Assist with organization and planning of support groups (incl. making calls and confirming attendance; assembling support group binders; photocopying; preparation of attendance sheets; purchasing supplies; room reservation and configuration; collecting program and other reports) 3. Assist with organization of 'intake' tasks and managing files, including orderly, secure storage 4. Data management, including data entry and analysis 5. Assist with event planning (notably, 'International Survivors Day' event) and educational workshops) 6.
