Your duties will include:

• Picking up mail from our PO Box in Port Credit, Mississauga every 2-3 weeks


• Sorting the mail into piles for the card sorters


• Taking photos/videos of cards


• Communicating the pick up/drop off schedule with card sorters


• Dropping Off / Picking Up cards from Card Sorters twice a month


• Dropping off sorted mail to Packaging Manager


• Picking up packaged mail from Packaging Manager


• Send packaged cards to Senior Care Facilities at the Port Credit Post Office


• Paying to mail packages (you will be reimbursed in full by Sending Sunshine)


• Purchasing supplies for card sorters, such as elastic bands (you will be reimbursed in full by Sending Sunshine)


• Creating expense report for general office supplies and mailing costs


• Collaborating with the Packaging Manager to hire new card sorters focusing on both skills and location
