Your duties will include:

• Sorting and storing cards according to type (season, occasion, holiday, etc.)


• Providing onboarding training to new card sorting volunteers


• Reviewing sorted cards to ensure quality


• Providing feedback to card sorters and the card sorting team


• Reviewing card sorters' worksheets for accuracy of information and provide feedback.


• Responding to ongoing questions from card sorters


• Packaging cards to care facilities based on current initiatives and to manage the number of cards that are stored


• Determining when extra assistance is required to meet packaging timelines for initiatives and choosing card sorters to assist.


• Managing card sorters' timelines


• Purchasing office supplies (paper, black out markers, tape, labels, printer ink) as needed  (you will be reimbursed in full by Sending Sunshine)


• Completing expense report as necessary


• Collaborating with Logistics Manager for seamless execution of card and package drop off and pick up.


• Being responsive to email requests, answering in less than 24 hours
