| Tomorrow's Community of Hope Foundation Huron Park Community Centre, 830 Paisley Boulevard West, Mississauga, Ontario (Start/Finish) Mississauga | |

Various positions are available: - Set up and take down - Clean up areas as needed - Handing out hats/arm bands/CLIF bars/water bottles - Help at crosswalks/Help at turn around point - Help with walk path clean up - General help in any areas needed the day of event at the 'start line', at the 'turn around' point, and at the 'finish line' *** Volunteers will be assigned in pairs at all times PLEASE APPLY at the earliest opportunity, no later than October 27 (Event date - Saturday, November 3, 2018) |

● Friendly and engaging with event participants ● Enthusiasm and lots of energy! ● Willing to assume the role assigned (receive/understand/act on instructions) ● Capacity to walk, especially stand, for extended periods ● Commitment to volunteer as part of a team, and independently ● Commitment to cooperate/help the volunteer you're paired with ● Appropriate dress for November weather (safety vests will be provided) ● Light lifting of boxes and event materials/equipment ● Punctuality on the event date |
