HomeJames operates a state-of-the-art dispatch centre, a facility which is unique to Designated Driver services. We utilize a specially designed software for call taking & trip booking, GPS tracking for all designated driver teams, plus tracking of donations and creation of various reports. Our 'Dispatcher' will use the technology(telephone/computer systems) in our facility to co-ordinate Car Crews who are on duty, available to assist those who are unable (or decline) to operate their vehicles due to impairment. ● Strong oral/written English communication skills ● Knowledge of computers, comfortable in a computerized environment ● Ability to use a multi-line phone system (excellent telephone manner) ● Ability to multi-task ● Quick learner ● Ability to work in a team environment, plus be independent ● Punctual, reliable ● Most of all, ability to have fun |
