● Circulates during the Gala, recording video, photos, and 'texting', capturing various aspects of the Gala ● Meets/interviews briefly, as directed, with leading donors, community leaders, and other stakeholders of CFofC ● 'Posts' recordings, etc. in 'real time' on various 'social media' platforms of the Foundation PLEASE APPLY IMMEDIATELY (Event date: Friday, November 2, 2018) |

● Excellent oral/written communication skills ● Friendly, outgoing, confident and engaging with members of the public, and easily conversational ● Access to a reliable, quality smartphone that is connected to the 'Internet' ● Fully familiar and skilled in use of the smartphone for recording/posting 'social media' communications in 'real time' ● Prior attendance at gala events will be helpful (not required) ● Dress that is appropriate for the event ● Punctual, ready to accept guidance and direction from CFofM staff |

On-site orientation will occur prior to the start of the event that will reference previously provided documentation and conversations. Orientation and preparation (5PM to 6PM) will last approximately 60 minutes. |
