● Perform one or more tasks at the event that may include: - Meet & Greet event attendees, and as volunteer 'ambassadors' for the organization, make them feel welcome - Confirm event attendee registrations - Provide information and direction re. the facility and seating arrangements for dinner - Serve the meal, ensuring superior presentation, delivery, and removal - Ensure that event attendees depart on a friendly, positive basis ● Ensure that the facility is maintained safely, with food handling precautions/procedures, and proper clean up PLEASE APPLY ASAP (Event: Thursday, November 29; Training: Thursday, November 22) |

● Prior event experience helpful (not required) ● Prior food service experience also helpful (not required) ● Friendly, comfortable, receiving members of the public ● Interested in diversity and inclusiveness, plus able to demonstrate and share commitment to our mission ● Personal appearance and attire appropriate for the event ● Punctual, reliable, ready to volunteer as part of a team at the orientation/training session (Nov 22) and the event (Nov 29) ● For 'social media' promotion, are you on 'Instagram' or another platform?
