● Orient volunteers to our May 25, 2019, event and volunteering roles ● Provide volunteers with necessary specific instructions and any supporting materials ● Motivate/equip volunteers to promote awareness/information about 'Purpose Provision Program' ● Act as single point of contact for communications ● Set up area for volunteer sign in and registration ● Handle pre and post-event needs of volunteer ● Maintain accurate (day of) records and activity reports on volunteer participation The 'Volunteer Lead' will attend event (Saturday, May 25, 2019) and supervise and support our event volunteers. ● Minimum Age - 18 ● Prior experience leading volunteers in event delivery an asset ● Commitment to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the 'Purpose Provision Program', then promote it, required ● Friendly, engaging with volunteers and members of the public ● Solid oral/written English communication skills (fluency in other languages welcome) ● Skills/experience in particular recreational activities welcome ● Organized, reliable, ready to set the example |
