As a volunteer, you will play an essential role in ensuring the success of our charitable initiatives. Your duties include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a Family Services of Peel ambassador at Rama Gaming House.
• Welcoming customers at the entrance, assisting with doors and expressing gratitude for their support.
• Providing information about games, programs, and promotions while answering customer questions.
• Engaging with customers in the Cabinet Game area and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Assisting with promotions when requested, such as handing out ballots or prizes.
• Supporting charity awareness initiatives through displays, brochures, and giveaways.
• Helping with clean-up tasks, such as tidying bingo areas and collecting used materials.
• Assisting with food delivery and collection of trays in the kitchen area.
• If required, aiding in bingo winner call-backs (training will be provided).

• Volunteers represent Family Services of Peel and are expected to uphold the organization’s values and commitment to excellence during their service.
• This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to meaningful community programs while gaining valuable experience in community engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other volunteers, FSP staff, and Rama Gaming House personnel.
• Reliable transportation to and from the volunteer location.
• A golf shirt must be worn for every shift.
• Black or dark pants.
• Comfortable, closed-toe footwear (no open-toe shoes, high heels, or flip-flops).
• Not Permitted: Denim of any colour, tank tops, sweatpants, exercise/yoga pants, brightly coloured or patterned clothing, shorts, skirts, or clothing with excessive wear or holes.
• Hats are not allowed.

• Completion of a 2-hour online training program is required.


• Volunteers must also participate in a shadowing shift before starting.


• Access to the training and schedule will be provided after onboarding of Volunteers.


• Volunteers must be vetted and approved before beginning training.
