Goal

Every year, Hope in Motion (formerly known as Ride, Don't Hide) is a success thanks to our volunteers. It's a massive event, and we rely on our volunteers to keep the day going smoothly.  There are a range of positions available, and we welcome everyone to sign up and be part of our community. 
Description

Volunteer Positions on Sunday, June 1 2025 are 3- to 4-hours in length.  

Positions include:

  • Rider Check-In: Helps with checking in participants, providing t-shirts and food bracelets.
  • Lunch Assistance:  Helps monitor the food area, assist riders and volunteers with their lunch request, and keep the eating area clean. 
  • Route / Water Stations:  Helps provide water and encouragement to riders throughout their route. 
  • Line Support / Take Down:  Helps to cheer/congratulate riders when crossing the finish line, providing them with water, helping with some of the take-down after the event.

Volunteers will receive a free lunch, a t-shirt, snacks, and a certificate, and volunteer hours

This is a Special Event commitment starting 2025-06-01 AND ending 2025-06-01
Shifts are available Anytime
Training

A virtual training / orientation for one hour during May (various dates and times available)
