GoalEpilepsy South Central Ontario is a non-profit charitable organization that provides education, information, and support to families and individuals. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for persons living with epilepsy. Our annual gift wrapping fundraising project is about to get underway. With the invaluable contributions by our volunteers, we seek to maintain a positive and creative atmosphere wrapping gifts in a professional manner, and at the same time the project will help create awareness and understanding regarding Epilepsy in the Mississauga area. |

DescriptionGift Wrap 4 Epilepsy is a holiday fundraising campaign where volunteers provide gift-wrapping services to shoppers at Shoppers World Brampton, with all proceeds supporting Epilepsy South Central Ontario. As a volunteer, you will:

TrainingAll volunteers are required to attend a mandatory in-person training session before participating in any gift-wrapping shifts. During the training, volunteers will learn proper gift-wrapping techniques, including helpful tips for wrapping unusually shaped or delicate items. The session will also cover customer service expectations and how to engage respectfully and positively with shoppers. Volunteers will gain a deeper understanding of the mission of Epilepsy South Central Ontario and how to professionally represent the organization throughout the campaign. Additionally, the training will provide an overview of booth setup, the required dress code, and general shift procedures. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to ask questions and practice their wrapping skills in a supportive environment.
