GoalAt Regeneration Outreach Community, it's our mission to break the cycle of poverty in Brampton. We do this by providing accessible and thoughtful programs that instil dignity, empowerment, and a renewed sense of hope. Our Essential Care program focuses on the primary needs of everyday life, including a FOOD BANK and MEALS nearly every day of the year for our guests, designed to help meet the nutritional needs of those who are homeless and those who are living in extreme poverty within the city of Brampton.This program involves many volunteers who fill a variety of 'roles', all of which are essential for cooking and serving meals to our guests, including our Volunteer Kitchen Helpers/Servers. |

DescriptionThe Volunteer Kitchen Helper/Server is directly involved in cooking and preparing ingredients and meals, as well as serving food to our guests within our breakfast and lunch meals program. This 'role' operates in shifts (see TIME COMMITMENT, below), and during your shift, COVID-19 health and safety requirements that may be still in place will be rigorously followed. Regeneration regards the safety and protection of our valuable volunteers as a TOP PRIORITY. PLEASE APPLY NOW to start volunteering.
