About the Position
Regeneration Outreach Community Regeneration: 156 Main Street North, Brampton, Ontario Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon

The Volunteer Kitchen Helper/Server is directly involved in cooking and preparing ingredients and meals, as well as serving food to our guests within our breakfast and lunch meals program. This 'role' operates in shifts (see TIME COMMITMENT, below), and during your shift, COVID-19 health and safety requirements that may be still in place will be rigorously followed.



Regeneration regards the safety and protection of our valuable volunteers as a TOP PRIORITY.

The requirements for this 'role' are straightforward:




  • Minimum Age - 16

  • Oral ENGLISH

  • Ability to follow instructions, plus be organized

  • Moderate physical activity, including standing, light carrying

  • Pair of closed-toe shoes

  • Adherence to COVID-19 health and safety procedures (if still applicable)

  • Proof of Vaccination required

  • Committed to your 'shift schedule', punctual, reliable



PLEASE NOTE: A Police Record Check is recommended, but not required, and SCREENING will be 'virtual' (tel/email/online). Check your 'Junk/Spam' email folders and leave space on your voicemail for communications from Regeneration.

During your first shift, you will be given a TRAINING as you go.

ORIENTATIONS are scheduled every 2 weeks.  Attending one of these orientations is mandatory in order to start volunteering with Regeneration
